My Background

Having been a professional ballet dancer my entire life, I am all too familiar with pain, stress, and injuries. Ballet is an aesthetic, athletic, physical, and mental art. However, there is often little relief for both the physical and mental toll professional athletes and dancers endure. This is where massage therapy comes into play. Through therapeutic and corrective massage, I enjoy helping other dancers and athletes recover physically and mentally, manage pain, and increase their sports performance. For a complete bio including my educational background and approach to massage therapy, simply give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you!
